SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Naturel Lyfe Essentials ships domestically and internationally! Naturel Lyfe Essentials is not responsible for any additional costs incurred when picking up International shipments. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation included (delivery confirmation is not automatically included for packages shipped via First Class International Mail). Shipping charges are based on the location and total package weight.
All products are made fresh to order and will ship within 4 business days after receipt of a cleared payment. You will be notified of out of stock merchandise as soon as possible. There will be an additional shipping delay around all Federal Holidays.
During the Summer season, orders will be shipped with thermal bubble paper, Tuesday thru Thursday only. The timeframe will be approxiately from June to September. A handling charge of $1.50 will be added to orders during this time. Please be advised that orders still need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately. Naturel Lyfe Essentials is not responsible for melting issues and orders will not automatically be replaced. Butters can be whipped again if melting does occur. Melting also does not negatively interfere with the properties of the butter.
It is the goal of Naturel Lyfe Essentials to make sure that each customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are considered final. If merchandise is damaged, defective or faulty, NLE will work with you to provide a mutually beneficial solution. Please notify us of an issue within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. No product can be returned without the written consent of Naturel Lyfe Essentials.
